# Notarize

Remote online notarization for US documents.

Notarize connects signers with commissioned US online notaries around the clock. Some apostille requests need a notarized document first, but the issuing authority sets the rules: which documents must be notarized, and whether it accepts an electronically notarized original, varies by office and by destination country. Check the competent authority before notarizing online for apostille use.

Price: $25 for the first notary seal; $15 for each additional seal.. Site: https://www.notarize.com/.

> **Not legal advice.** Apostille Finder lists the government offices that issue apostilles and what their official pages state. It is not legal advice, and rules, hours and fees change. Confirm every detail on the official page linked in each listing before you send a document. The source note on each record shows when we last checked it.
