# Submit an apostille authority

Use the public form when submissions are enabled.

## Before you submit
- Accurate name, address, and contact details for the business.
- Permission to list the business if you are not the owner.

## Steps
1. Open /submit and complete the form.
2. Wait for review if the directory moderates new entries.
3. Once published, the listing appears in search and place pages.

## After publish
Owners can claim the listing to manage details. See the claim guide in this help center.
