# Issuing-fee estimator

Pick the issuing office and the number of documents. The tool multiplies the office's stated per-document issuing fee.

Use the tool on the [web page](https://apostilles.fyi/tools/issuing-fee-estimator). It works without JavaScript.

## How to use it

1. Choose issuing office.
2. Enter documents to apostille.
3. Read the result.

## How it works

Each rate is the issuing fee the official page states for one document: GBP 45 at the FCDO, EUR 40 in Dublin and Cork, NZ$32 for the first apostille, SGD 10.70 at SAL, Rs 50 at the MEA, KRW 1,000 in Korea, NIS 35 in Israel, Php 100 in the Philippines, SAR 30 in Saudi Arabia, HKD 125 in Hong Kong, CAD 20 in BC, CAD 10 in Alberta, CAD 50 in Saskatchewan, CAD 16 for an Ontario notarized document, CAD 65 in Quebec, USD 5 in Maryland, USD 25 in the US Virgin Islands, AUD 102 at DFAT, JMD 500 in Jamaica. Checked 2026-10-07.

Where an office publishes a scale, the tool uses one stated rate and says so: New Zealand's first-document rate, Ontario's notarized-document rate, Jamaica's Jamaican-dollar rate. Follow-on discounts and mission surcharges are not included.

Postage, return envelopes, translations and notary charges sit outside this total. Offices change fees without notice, so confirm on the office page before you pay.

## Questions

### Why is there no total for my office?

The tool covers offices whose pages state a per-document fee. When a page states none, the directory leaves the cell empty instead of guessing.

### Does the total include postage?

No. Postage, translations and notary charges are separate and vary by case.

> **Not legal advice.** Apostille Finder lists the government offices that issue apostilles and what their official pages state. It is not legal advice, and rules, hours and fees change.
